Ishizu/Yugi
Eh, I don't think this pairing is quite right, simply because Ishizu is spiritually much older than Yugi. Plus, Ishizu's often more concerned with Yami Yugi.

Ishizu/Yami Yugi
Though I do acknowledge the royal "king and queen" look of the couple, I have to give a "no" vote to this one as well--Ishizu doesn't seem to have any feelings beyond deference and respect for Yami Yugi, and Yami Yugi doesn't seem to have any feelings beyond acknowledging Ishizu's advice. And I guess I can't be completely objective--I'm a big Revolutionshipping (Yami/Tea) fan. XD

Ishizu/Joey
Um...no, because I'm a pretty strong supporter of Joey/Mai...though I could see a kind of mentor/student relationship between them.

Ishizu/Tristan
Hmm...both of them are quiet thinkers who stay out of the focus of the series, and both don't get a lot of love from the fandom. If Tristan didn't have Serenity, I might support this couple a lot more. Yes, I can hear all the fans gasping for breath even as I write these words, LOL, but this couple intrigues me for some reason.

Ishizu/Kaiba
This couple is by far the one I support the most when it comes to romantic pairings involving Ishizu. Both of them struggle with pride and perfectionism, and both seem to be able to understand each other very well--I loved the episode "The Past Is Present" for a lot of reasons, not least of all the interaction that Kaiba actually had with another human being. Though both of them will likely remain solitary out of choice or necessity, it's nice to dream that both of them could learn to trust another person that deeply.

Ishizu/Mokuba
I'm kidding. Seriously. Don't get any naughty little plot bunnies in your head. XD

Ishizu/Marik or Ishizu/Yami Marik
Ick, squick, no thank you. Incest doesn't do it for me.

Ishizu/Odion
Since Odion's not really a blood relation to Ishizu, there isn't much of a squick factor here. However, being raised together could possibly prohibit a lot of feelings between them.

Ishizu/Shadi
WOW. If Shadi wasn't dead, I would really like this couple a lot, just because they're both so mystical and...strange, for lack of a better word. However, he's kinda dead, so that prevents anything interesting happening on the physical plane. Ooh, I'm getting a few "out-of-body experiences" plot bunnies, though. w00t for spiritual porn. XD

Ishizu/Bakura
Um...no? Not really? Maybe in another lifetime? I just can't see the two of them working out, except if Yami Bakura lusts for her Millennium item so much that he HAS to have her. Normal Bakura is a bit too shy and too young for her, I think.

Ishizu/Yami Bakura
I really, highly doubt that she would take enough of his shit to actually be in a relationship with him. Plus, he's a little too evil.

Ishizu/Tea
I'm not a big fan of yuri, myself, but there's definitely a great friendship and lots of respect between the two of them.

Ishizu/Mai
Very popular with the yuri fans in the Yu-Gi-Oh! fandom. Again, I'm not a big fan of yuri, but since both of them are female duelists, there's a lot of respect between them.

Ishizu/Serenity
I see this more as a big sister/little sister relationship, because of the age difference more than anything.
